This product is nowhere near worth the money. When mine arrived, it had a couple bent parts that made it difficult to put together. Once I got it together, it worked as advertised for three months. Then a strap got caught in the fly wheel and the rower no longer worked. I spent several hours one weekend taking it apart and untangling the strap. The machine worked for about two more months before the same thing happened. This time, it couldn't be fixed, and the rower was unusable. I continued to use it as a bike for a couple more months. Then that too broke. It now needs to be thrown out.
This machine is badly designed and poorly made. It is also grossly overpriced. I gave it two stars instead of one only because in the few months in which it was working, it worked as advertised.
